Registers both PSPs in the local database and on-chain in one step.

VAULT FUNDING

Transfers RLUSD from the operator wallet to the PooledEscrowVault contract server-side. Requires OPERATOR_PRIVATE_KEY env var.

QUICK START

Register the PSP. Use its stable internal PSP ID, display name, operational contact, and current public signer address.
Add teams. In Registrations, select this active PSP for a manual team or CSV import.
Review funding. Participants can request additional test funding; admins approve or reject it on the Funding page.

Signer addresses are public identifiers. Never enter or store a private key here.

What is the PSP ID?

The stable identifier used to associate teams with their payer or merchant PSP. It must be unique.

Who should be the contact?

Add the person who can answer operational questions during the hackathon. The email is optional.

Does registering a PSP or approving funding send tokens?

No. PSP records and approved funding in this local service are database records. They do not submit a transaction or fund an on-chain vault.
